EYEfi® - Pricing Structure

The EYEfi® suite of services come packaged as a completely network hosted managed service, providing images and intuitive tools that enable customers to focus on the output of the system to their business.

As the EYEfi® suite of services are wireless based and free of utilities and infrastructure the pricing elements are simplified into two components:

  1. Site Equipment
    • The “site hardware” – eg. camera, pole, solar and communications kit and installation at the nominated camera location and all securely contained within the custom built pole, vehicle, etc.
    • The “site ongoing access” - network management fee, so the site equipement continues to deliver images to the EYEfi® servers, located within the Image Distribution Centre (IDC) at EYEfi Pty Ltd’s premises in Melbourne, with failover to Telstra’s IDC.

  2. Customer Viewing Equipment
    • The “viewing site hardware” - EYEfi® Access workstation to view and manage the images from the camera in real-time, or client licences for workstations on your local area network or staff laptops.
    • The “viewing site ongoing access” – network management fee, so the user continues to have images delivered to the EYEfi® Access workstation or clients, and access to the management tools built into the EYEfi®.

Optional Web Access client licenses can be purchased for ad-hoc limited access to the Image Distribution Centre, enabling a user to log into the EYEfi® system for a limited period of time per month, to access images from any Internet connected web browser.

A dedicated network connection between EYEfi Pty Ltd’s IDC and the customers CCTV Control Room or workstation via ADSL or BDSL is highly recommended, for customers managing more than 10 cameras from a dedicated CCTV Control Room.

Government customers can achieve this by having their existing TCS Data network connected to the EYEfi® back-end firewall, which is provided by our data network partner, Telstra Corporation. EYEfi Pty Ltd will work closely with your Telstra Government Account Team representative to enable this option should it be required.
